After working a few years in pastry, I decided to return to school to pursue a career as a dietitian. I've attended Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island for baking & pastry, and UConn for nutritional sciences. I'm now pursuing a master's degree combined with dietetic internship. I like creating new smoothie combinations and I still love baking, both healthy (and unhealthy!) items. I try to create foods that both taste good and are good for you!
